CANCELATION POLICY

This policy applies for all of our lessons and for all of our schools (Athens, Chania & Thessaloniki). If a student wants to cancel a course, one must do so in writing. One may cancel on the following conditions, with a notice before the course begins:

Courses:

• 10% course payment -> non refundable
• 90% course payment -> refundable for a cancellation at least 10 days before the starting date
• The student can also postpone & reschedule the lessons with no penalty. The new starting date should be no later than 18 months from the cancelled one.
• The student can also switch to individual online courses with no penalty. The number of the hours will be adjusted based on the pricing policy.

Accommodation:

• The first 50% accommodation payment -> non refundable
• The second 50% accommodation payment -> refundable only for a cancellation at least 10 days before the student’s arrival

Transportation

• Transportation fees are not refundable

ISSUE OF VISAS

• We support students who need a VISA as much as we can by giving them relative advice
• If requested, we may provide students with a letter of acceptance (provided that they have paid the total of fees before we send it)
• If students are refused the issue of VISA and wish to have a refund of the fees they should send us the respective refusal letter of the Greek Consulate. In such case they will be entitled for a 90% refund.
• They will be also charged with the applicable bank transfer cost.

NOTES

• Course registration and accommodation bookings for all Schools are taken care by the Athens’s School.
• In case that the student’s level cannot be matched with that of our other classes, we will offer him/her one to one tuition, but at reduced hours (50% of the lessons). We will also give him/her extra work in the library, so as to move faster.
• One teaching hour is 50 minutes.
